ShirtsFrenzy Marketing Studio is operated by Tech in the Box for its own brands and authorised team. These terms cover use of the application and its publishing integrations.

Authorised access

Use the Studio only with permission from Tech in the Box and only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Keep access credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access to info@shirtsfrenzy.com.

Your content and publishing choices

You must have the rights and permissions needed for the artwork, music, footage, likenesses and text you upload. Review the destination account, title, description, visibility, audience and disclosure settings before publishing or authorising a publishing workflow. You remain responsible for those choices and for complying with applicable law and platform rules.

Use of the Studio does not transfer ownership of your content to Tech in the Box. You authorise the processing and transfer needed to perform your selected publishing actions. Once content reaches a third-party platform, changing or deleting it may require action on that platform.

YouTube and other platforms

The Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected platforms’ terms also apply to your use of their accounts and services.

Publishing depends on platform availability, quotas, permissions and content review. Upload success does not guarantee public visibility, placement in Shorts, audience reach or uninterrupted availability. Private uploads remain private unless their visibility is changed through an available, authorised control.

Read-only performance reports depend on YouTube’s reporting availability and definitions. Data may be delayed or unavailable, and lifetime channel counters differ from reports for selected dates. Private test uploads are not public releases, and video activity does not establish store purchases or identify individual viewers.

Privacy and account control

Read the Marketing Studio privacy notice before connecting an account. It explains the permissions we request, how we use account data, and how to revoke access or request deletion. Disconnecting an account does not automatically delete content already published on that platform.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the Studio to publish unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, bypass platform restrictions, send spam, or access accounts without permission. We may restrict access to protect accounts, investigate misuse or maintain the service. Features may change as platform requirements and our workflow evolve.
